Gregory Warrick, MBA, Principal -- Since obtaining his MBA from the University of Mississippi, Greg has been involved at the highest levels of management in the retail, advertising, marketing and communications industries. Prior to founding On Target Management, Greg was Vice President of a major South Florida advertising agency. He left the advertising agency to devote full time to helping organizations grow. Greg has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and government agencies. The list of his corporate clients reads like a who's who of corporate America including: Marriott, Mobil Oil, EDS, TRW, Hughes Networks, Boeing and Computer Science Corporation. Greg has extensive agency experience with the US government and has successfully acquired and/or managed contracts for the US Departments of Justice, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development and the FDIC. He has assisted numerous companies with development and implementation of their government marketing strategies. He also has extensive experience writing government and commercial proposals, preparing GSA schedules and related documents and authoring and executing marketing and strategic plans. He specializes in assisting organizations with business development in the federal marketplace.

Kenn Penman, Principal-- USAF (retired), NATO E3AAWACS Programme Civil Servant-Kenn has been actively involved in the Government & Commercial Aerospace/Defense industry for over 30 years, first, as a 21-year career Sr NCO with the United States Air Force, then as a civil servant with the NATO AWACS E3A Logistics Programme, and most recently, as a private consultant to businesses seeking to enhance their business with the federal government. His expertise includes development of programs and campaigns from inception to full roll out, proposal writing, a complete understanding of the federal purchasing system, GSA protocols and procedures, solicitation monitoring, presentation design, as well as, execution of sales and marketing programs , relationship building, consulting and public relations. Kenn's insight, gained through years of personal involvement at the government, international agency and private sector levels, makes his advice invaluable on a variety of topics, such as, local, state and federal agency relationships, quality systems, e.g. ISO and MIL-I-45208A (rescinded in 1996) and how to transition from a FAA repair station to “build-to-drawing” U.S. Govt. Contractor, to name a few examples. Working with numerous companies, Kenn has provided his expertise to a diverse array of companies that specialize in computerized engraving systems, the manufacture of critical flight control surfaces for the US military, as well as, bridge rebuilding of vendor/government relationships to obtain significant long-term government contract awards. Having lived almost 20 years abroad, due to professional exigencies, his appreciation for international customs and cultures is demonstrated by his affinity for languages (Spanish and French) and by his ability to quickly form trust relationships, both professionally and personally.

Lenny Bendell, Associate -- Lenny has been actively involved in marketing and sales for over 30 years. His expertise includes helping develop programs and campaigns from inception to full roll out. His activities include the development of marketing plans, relationship building, consulting, overseeing production processes, public relations, locating funding, distribution, syndication, and underwriting. Lenny has been actively involved management for over 30 years. His expertise and working knowledge of industry makes his advice invaluable on a variety of topics such as: funding sources, pre-buy, or equity participation; distribution and licensing agreements; and agency relationships. Lenny is a recognized author of magazine articles and books. His latest book is, "It's Your Money" published by Triad Publishing. Lenny has written several television documentaries that have been broadcast around the world.

Ed Yokley, PhD, Associate-- Ed has a broad base of experience in marketing and leading operations for research teams, engineering teams and whole divisions and companies. His synthetic thinking ability, visualization processes and precise communication skills make him valuable in having unusual applied visions which elicit "Aha" understandings from team members and customers. Since 1986, Ed has combined his previous operations experiences and his training at MIT's Sloan School of Management in marketing to accomplish the following: development of global business strategies, identification of growth opportunities, production of new products, introduction of web based electronic commerce, direction of marketing and sales groups and raising profitability in organizations with sales ranging from $60 million to $300 million. Presently, he is Executive Vice President of SDI, one of On Target's clients. Ed has a BS degree in Chemistry from Xavier University, a Masters Degree from MIT's Sloan School of Management and a Ph.D. in Organic/Medicinal Chemistry from Indiana University.

William Kramer, MS, Associate -- Bill has over twenty years experience in corporate management, marketing and sales in a variety of applications ranging from President and Chief Executive Officer of a NASDAQ public company to the development and operation of start-up management consulting companies. His previous experience includes the consistent development of successful companies, where he engineered overall profitability in a variety of applications. He developed a nationwide sales network increasing company sales from $300,000 annually to over $18,000,000 annually in less than two years. Bill has experience in preparation of detailed business plans, preparation of private placement memorandums for public stock offerings, preparation of business proposals for government, industry, and technical applications, responsibility for business finance and capitalization requirements, development of company operating procedures, and conceptualization and implementation of new business strategies. Bill graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Science and Mechanics in 1978, and a Master of Science Degree in Nuclear Engineering in 1979.
